Daniel Bahar
Daniel Bahar is Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Investment at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. He serves as USTR’s lead negotiator in international investment agreement negotiations, including the U.S.-China bilateral investment treaty and the recently concluded Trans-Pacific Partnership investment chapter negotiations. Mr. Bahar received a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A. from the College of Europe in Brugge, Belgium, where he studied as a Fulbright Fellow, and a B.S. from Drexel University.
