Ensheng Ma
Mr. Ma Ensheng has 15 years of experience working as a trade remedies investigation officer in the Government of the People’s Republic of China. Since 2014, he has served as Deputy Director in the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of Ministry of Commerce. Previously, he has been posted to the Bureau of Fair Trade of Ministry of Commerce, later becoming Deputy Division Director of Bureau of Fair Trade from 2011 to 2014. He has participated in nearly 20 anti-dumping and countervailing investigations into foreign imports and some WTO DSB cases related to trade remedies issues. He was also posted to the Chinese Embassy in Canada as Third Secretary, in charge of trade remedy and WTO affairs from 2004 to 2008.
Mr. Ensheng graduated in 2001 from the Shenyang University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in law. He is currently completing his Master in Public Management from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, which includes spending a semester as a Lee Kuan Yew Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
