Sage Chandler
Sage Chandler is the Vice President for International Trade for the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). She is responsible for trade policy, legislation and negotiation matters affecting the approximately 2400 member companies of CTA.
Prior to joining CTA in 2006, Ms. Chandler served a decade in international trade with the United States Government. For nearly 6 years she worked within the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce, specializing in south-east Asian affairs. From 2003-2007, she served with the Executive Office of the President, Office of the United States Trade Representative as the Director for Canadian Affairs. In this capacity, Ms. Chandler negotiated trade policy matters with the U.S.’ largest trading partner on several contentious issues including lumber and numerous agricultural issues.
Before moving to Washington, DC, she was a commodities trader in Peabody Massachusetts.
