Sam Kleiner

Sam Kleiner is a senior policy advisor at the Office of the United States Trade Representative. After completing his B.A. at Northwestern University he received a D.Phil in International Relations from the University of Oxford, where he was a Marshall Scholar, and a J.D. from the Yale Law School.
